It started with a question: Why do so many people fear finance?
Back in the 1990s, we saw a problem. Business leaders were making decisions without truly understanding the financial impact of their choices. And the traditional ways of teaching finance — lectures, charts, endless spreadsheets — weren’t helping.
So we designed a different approach. We built a simulation where the game board represented not just the classroom company, but that company's financial statements. It was a three-dimensional landscape of the income statement and balance sheet, and it allowed participants to see the financial impact of their decisions in real time. It was visual. It was engaging. And it worked.
Since then, we've partnered with Fortune 500 companies, universities, and business schools worldwide to deliver simulations that turn financial novices into confident decision-makers.

Andromeda Simulations International began as a passion project between two founders who wanted to change the way people learn about business. Since creating the Income|Outcome simulation in 1996, we’ve worked with an incredible network of facilitators and professionals who share our vision of making business acumen accessible to all.
Today, we remain a close-knit team dedicated to delivering meaningful learning experiences. We collaborate with an international network of facilitators who can deliver workshops in over 12 languages, ensuring our simulations have a truly global reach.
