We are delighted to start 2011 with Nikolai Usack rejoining us as our Vice President of Sales. He was previously with us from 1998 to 2001, when he worked as a facilitator (classroom training and train-the-trainer) and consultant (sales and customization).

On leaving Andromeda he moved to Washington DC where he was a trainer and business analyst for the American Red Cross, and then a Change Management program manager for BearingPoint. His work included responsibility for the workforce transition strategy for 6,500 NIH staff across 27 institutes and centers and the development and execution of a training curriculum for the Acquisition, Contracting and Materials Management communities.

In 2006 he moved to Milwaukee and founded Pragmatic Construction, an award-winning Green design/build/consulting firm. So he comes back to us with a fresh range of consulting and teaching experiences to draw on, within the worlds of both the major corporation and the entrepreneur.

Even while he was away from us he continued to provide services as a contractor – in July 2010, for example, he trained four MeadWestvaco/Rigesa finance managers in Brazil to run our Level 1 (Entrepreneurial Challenge) workshops, which has proved extremely successful.

His classroom presence, together with his business analysis skills and range of business experience, have made him a preferred facilitator for several of our Fortune 1000 clients.Add in his high energy, personal creativity and wicked sense of humor, and you can see why we’re so glad to have him back as VP of Sales. He takes over special responsibility for corporate sales, and for our network of International Distributors.
