Income/Outcome Australia is an executive training consultancy that works with its clients in developing the commercial capabilities of its people. This is accomplished by using the Income/Outcome business simulation.
Our consultants work initially with the client in identifying the outcomes they wish to achieve. We then customise the simulation to recreate what is happening in the client’s market place (eg shrinking margins). Much of our work is with our client’s sales teams in providing them with an understanding of how their decisions in areas such as pricing & product mix have an impact on profitability.
We also use the retail version of the simulation to provide Account Managers in the FMCG industry with an insight into how their retail customers operate their business. email
